Payroll Specialist | Project | Cbd | Hybrid

• We are currently seeking a talented individual to join the project team as a Payroll Specialist.
  Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing end-to-end payroll processes, including processing payroll, deductions, and adjustments
  • Handling superannuation contributions and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Conducting reconciliations to ensure accuracy of payroll data and resolve any discrepancies
  • Managing payroll tax calculations and submissions in accordance with legislative requirements
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of industry awards and regulations
  • Onboarding new employees, setting up payroll records and ensuring compliance
  • Strong technical proficiency in ERP systems, particularly in payroll modules
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively
  Requirements:
  • Must have experience using Chris21
  • Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing
  • Confident working in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with superannuation and payroll tax regulations
  • Knowledge of industry awards and their application in payroll processing
  • Previous experience in professional or financial services would be strongly advantageous
