Join our renowned Finance Team and take charge of payroll management and staff supervision, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all ANZ employees while maintaining compliance with government standards.
Some of the things you’ll do:
- Oversee the entire payroll function, including processing, auditing, and reconciling payroll data.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies, staying up-to-date on changes in payroll laws and regulations.
- Review and analyse payroll reports to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Extensive experience in Payroll Supervisor/manager role.
- Experience implementations of new payroll systems and transitions.
- Extensive experience in processing complex payrolls in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
