Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your key responsibilities will be, but are definitely not limited to:
- End to end Payroll processing
- Assist with HR duties
- Maintaining financial records accurately
- Weekly & month end reporting of Payroll figures
- Processing of expensive claims
- Bank account reconciliations
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist and support human resources team
- Managing the Payroll inbox & respond to queries
- Ad-hoc duties as required
To be considered for this role:
- 4 + years proven work experience as a HR & Payroll Officer or similar role
- Exceptional verbal, written & customer service skills
