We're hiring two Time and Attendance Officers to join our vibrant team at Sydney Olympic Park! In these roles, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our sites and staff by managing time and attendance queries and ensuring data accuracy across all systems. Collaborating closely with the Payroll and Time & Attendance teams, you'll be involved in the company-wide implementation of time and attendance processes. You will acquire hands-on experience managing substantial data volumes, overcoming intricate problem-solving challenges, and actively participating in process optimisation during this implementation phase.

The Opportunity:
Manage and address queries from staff and sites regarding Time and Attendance.
Work alongside Payroll and HR to maintain accurate organizational structure and employee data in workday and Dimensions.
Analyze and provide solutions for identified issues, aiding stakeholders in problem resolution.
Provide functional and technical support to stakeholders across the group.
Track and escalate technical issues to ensure timely resolution.
Support site administrators and people leaders in upskilling to ensure accurate rosters.
Assist sites in accessing reports and dashboards as needed.
Update and maintain end-user processes and tools.
Assist in testing payroll data and analysis for new site launches.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
1+ year of experience in a similar Time and Attendance role.
Demonstrated experience using UKG, Kronos / Workforce Dimensions is preferred.
A proactive attitude and a collaborative mindset.
Strong problem-solving skills.
A commitment to continuous learning.
Strong administrative and data entry abilities coupled with exceptional organisational skills.
