- Support the ongoing governance and performance monitoring of Suncorp's outsourced HR Services
What you'll do
- Develop and provide timely data-driven insights on HR Partner performance and Operational Governance services to key stakeholders
- Present insights and recommendations to both key stakeholders and HR Partners in designated forums and meetings
- Work closely with HR Partners to develop internal performance reporting aligned with commercial requirements
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and improve standard operating procedures, including automation and technology-enabled solutions
- Ensure the delivery of outsourced services and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) with HR Partners
- Support control testing, audits, compliance management, and risk planning activities
- Deliver PC&A Operational Governance BAU services, and contribute towards the team's operational performance, service levels and workflow in both of ServiceNow and JIRA.
- Bachelor level degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or Data Analytics (desired)
- Minimum two years' experience in Human Resources, Operations, or Data Analytics
- Strong data analysis and reporting experience, with intermediate/advanced MS Excel skills
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex data effectively, along with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in IT, HRIS, or process automation roles, with familiarity in workflow automation tools such as MS Power Automate and/or MS Power Apps
- Demonstrated ability to optimize process efficiency while maintaining quality, managing multiple deliverables and timelines in a fast-paced team environment
