What you'll need to succeed
Qualifications in Human Resources Management and/ or similar discipline
Demonstrated experience working across a variety of generalist HR activities, including employee relations, industrial relations, whilst also working with external providers and leading investigations
Proven track-record operating within a Business Partner model
Previous experience within the Victorian Public Service (VPS) is essential
Must hold a current or be able to obtain an employee Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
