Manager, IT Business Partnering

As an IT Business Partner, you’ll be the driving force behind delivering IT capabilities and services that fuel our business growth in the market. You’ll work hand-in-hand with various business teams, defining and driving digital capabilities to meet their strategic needs.

You’ll have the opportunity to accelerate the digitisation of our business through technology innovation. You’ll ensure our information capabilities and operations are reliable, accessible, secure, and competitively differentiated in a rapidly changing, complex scientific landscape.

Provide Domain Leadership: You’ll drive the development of strategic digital capability roadmaps, develop compelling business cases for digital capability investments, and design solutions to various business problems.

Provide Leadership: You’ll build strong partnerships with business stakeholders, influence strategic thinking, and drive change to support digital capability investments.

Leverage the Matrix Organisation: You’ll demonstrate matrix leadership, empower shared IT teams, and advocate for operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For

Experienced: Bring your wealth of experience to the table, with a preference for candidates with 5+ years of experience that can demonstrate strong business knowledge, strategic planning and implementation of digital capabilities and business process analysis and improvement.

Industry Aware: Demonstrate your familiarity with the full pharmaceutical industry lifecycle including commercial processes and solutions.

Growth Mindset: Eagerness to develop and grow within the role.

Innovation: Understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI and how these technologies are shaping the future.
