P&C OperationsWe have a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented administrator to join the People & Culture team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, working 3 days per week. This Melbourne based role provides support to the team by ensuring timely and efficient service.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support and co-ordination of various activities and projects in relation to People & Culture functions.
- Coordinate firm wide new starter inductions.
- Prepare employment contracts.
- Management and completion of new starter, leaver, variation processes and checklists.
- Conduct Workstation assessments and coordinate external assessment requirements.
- Coordinate Monthly Recognition Awards, Myki and morning tea roster.
- Coordinate Staff and Firm events.
- Support with payroll/leave duties.
- Support for the firm's Learning & Development function.
- Support for the firm's Work Experience Program.
- Maintains cyber security at all times. Cultivate an awareness of security risks, stay informed of latest cyber threats, instil best cybersecurity practises and take practical steps to protect the firm and client from cyberattacks.
- Other reasonable tasks as requested.
