- Proficiency in SQL query writing and working with databases like Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Pega Unit Testing, Pega AES (Automated Error Reporting System), and Pega PAL (Predictive Analytics Library).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and debug complex Pega applications effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
- Knowledge of test automation tools like Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, or TestNG is advantageous.
