Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support to school administrators on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, transferring to a modernised HR system.
• Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
