About the Role
The People and Culture Business Analyst will partner with managers and the People and Culture section to help drive system related projects and process improvements of the employee lifecycle such as talent acquisition, workforce strategy and performance appraisal. The role will be responsible for providing meaningful people metrics to inform HR strategic activity and direction, including the analysis of data and identification of trends and exceptions.
About You
To be successful to this role, you will need a tertiary qualification in Human resources or related field such as Business or equivalent experience in related field with a minimum of 5 years experience working in a similar role in a diverse multi-disciplined organisation.
You will have the ability to build strong customer relationships, balancing multiple and diverse stakeholder needs, whilst delivering customer-centric solutions that also meet organisational objectives in a timely manner.
You will need to have previous experience in HR related systems, projects, reporting and analysing data.
