Full Time

The Role: 

The People & Culture Business Partners (PCBP) play a crucial role as Business Partners to specified client groups within the organisation. Their key responsibilities include implementing organisational design changes, overseeing talent acquisition needs, and ensuring customer service excellence. They are also responsible for driving engagement initiatives, providing PCBP services, and implementing Enterprise Bargaining Agreements.
Additionally, the PCBP’s actively participate in team development activities and implement performance frameworks. They handle end-to-end case management, including investigations and terminations.

Classified as HS5 as per Victorian Public Health Sector (Health & Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers) Single Interest Enterprise Agreement. Annual salary = $92,856.40

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field and/or demonstrated 2-5 years’ experience as a Human Resources Professional or related Workforce Management field.
  • Ability to interpret and apply multiple Awards/Agreements and provide high level advice to staff and managers.
  • Contemporary human resources solutions and embed them in the workplace.
  • Conducting Government Investigations, analysing and preparing finding reports, and maintaining records to meet legislation requirements.
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of relevant workplace legislation.
