And in doing so, they grow their diverse talents while building something to be proud of.As the People and Culture (P&C) Change Delivery Partner you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of P&C change projects, in partnership with business stakeholders and P&C partners. This includes planning, executing, implementing and transition of a variety of organisational change projects. These projects will vary in size and complexity across all areas of Transurban.Day-to-day, you will:Lead P&C and business projects as needed and deliver these projects to meet requirements while utilising sound project management methodology and principles.Provide change management support, such as, leading discussions, addressing any uncertainties, fostering positive acceptance of change, tailoring communications etc.Develop change management and implementation strategies that will support adopting change for impacted employees and to mitigate risk.Effectively manage all relevant stakeholders throughout projects and change to maintain engagement and foster effective working relationships.Provide coaching to people leaders in change management as well as how to identify risks and offer mitigation strategies to assist people leaders to better understand workplace relations issues and P&C processes.Develop artefacts to support change, such as letters and briefing packs.Ensure all change solutions align to company values and deliver benefits for the business.This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:Extensive experience within P&C/HR, ideally you would have gained your experience within a P&C partnering or advisory role. You have well rounded generalist P&C knowledge and understanding.Experience in People and Culture case management, with a well-developed understanding of workplace relations/employee relations.Exceptional project management skills with demonstrated examples of projects you have lead end-to-end.A builder of relationships, you won’t be afraid to challenge the status quo, helping to problem solve through your persistence, passion and the ability to influence and negotiate.Organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail and communication skills, both in person and written.Well-developed business acumen.
