We are seeking an experienced professional who has a background in Not For Profit, Community, or Government within the 'social services' sector or 'experience in sensitive settings'.
Your new role
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Strategic Change, this role is an important team membership position and will be responsible for setting priorities and managing the workflow of a team. Further, you will be tasked with:
Conducting change impact assessments and assessing business change readiness.
Contributing to change management planning and strategy development.
Preparing change-related documentation, presentations, and data analysis with attention to stakeholder needs.
Implementing, evaluating and communicating change management requirements, plans and schedules, while suggesting continuous improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be experienced in working within Not For Profit, community, or government within the social services sector with some type of exposure to generalist change, supported by:
Having background knowledge in disability and scheme knowledge.
An ability to provide quality guidance and provide advice on developing, implementing, evaluating and communicating change management requirements.
Australian Citizenship along with Baseline Level Security Clearance, or ability to obtain.
