This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated People and Culture / Human Resources Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Bayley House’s Human Resources strategies.
The People and Culture / Human Resources Manager will lead initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive work culture, attract and retain talent, and champion employee engagement.

About you:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in a senior HR role such as HR Manager, senior HR Business Partner, or similar
- Understanding of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations
- Experience in an industrialised environment, such as healthcare, disability, manufacturing or similar - industrial relations experience is necessary.
