As the People and Culture Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our organisation's human resources strategies. You will lead initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive work culture, attract and retain talent, and champion employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities of the role include:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the Bayley House's objectives, ensuring they support sustainable growth and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Talent Acquisition and Retention: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and selection to onboarding.
- Employee Engagement: Design initiatives to enhance employee engagement and well-being.
- Learning & Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development through designing and leading the organisations L&D initiatives.
- HR Operations and Compliance: Oversee People and Culture team complying with employment laws and regulations.
- Employee Relations: Act as a reliable consultant for both employees and managers, offering counsel on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
- Culture and Values: Advocate for the organisation's values and Culture, cultivating an environment of positivity and inclusivity that inspires employees to reach their fullest potential.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Lead efforts in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to cultivate a workplace culture where all are valued, respected, and empowered.
- Oversee Payroll processing and compliance.
- Leadership of the People & Culture team.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a HR leadership role, with a track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results
- Experience in partnering with senior leadership
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
