An exciting Human Resources opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated People and Culture team and contribute to the growth of workforce and organisational capability. This position offers a great chance to join a large organisation focussed on quality improvement and use your skills and experience to implement impactful organisational programs.
The Contract: Ongoing, Part Time, 56.0 hours per fortnight - hours may be negotiable
The Position:
In this position you will work within the People and Culture team with a varied portfolio in the Organisational Development domain and play an important role in advancing key actions in the BRHS Workforce Plan, BRHS Strategic Plan and People and Culture Business Plan to increase workforce and organisational capability. This includes initiatives that enhance employees' opportunities to access further training and development; that increase diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and organisational programs aimed at developing leadership and management competencies and enhancing career pathways and talent pipelines. The role will further develop relationships with external stakeholders to partner in innovative training and employment initiatives that will assist the growth of the organisation and support community needs and expectations.
Key criteria includes:
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or demonstrated relevant, equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a Human Resource Management, Learning and Development or Leadership/Coordination role
- Project management skills with the proven ability to plan, develop, coordinate and evaluate projects, programs and initiatives in a proactive manner.
- Experience and skills providing coaching, mentoring and support to individuals to achieve identified goals.
- Proven ability to apply relevant legislation, regulations, policies and procedures aligned with strategic directives and business unit deliverables to achieve optimal organisational outcomes.
