About the role:
An exciting opportunity to join the Merchandise Global Sourcing Team supporting the sourcing team in onboarding new sources of supply and onboarding new products.
In this role you co-ordinate the end to end product onboarding process from the point of upload right through to the execution of quality, compliant, sustainable packaging to the supplier in order to facilitate the on-time shipment of goods in line with agreed timelines.
What's involved:
Coaching Agents/suppliers in the use of BSM (Buy Sell Move), our global trade platform
Supporting suppliers to upload product information for the website
Multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Who we're looking for:
You will bring highly developed project management, planning and organisational skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative team-oriented approach in order to successfully partner with various internal and external stakeholders and be open to learning and developing.
You’ll need:
A high level of attention to detail with strong planning, organisation and prioritisation skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to forecast potential issues and act in advance
Proficient computer literacy across Microsoft Suite
Experience in Adobe Photo Shop (highly desirable)
Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
