About the role
We have someone in our P&C team for Treasury Premium Brands (TPB) going on parental leave, so we're searching for someone to replace her in a 12-month contract role. You'll largely be supporting the ANZ based commercial leadership teams (across sales,marketing and finance) for TPB which includes market leading brands like Squealing Pig, Wynns, St Hubert's The Stag, Pepperjack and Wolf Blass.
You will support people leaders across the ANZ region to inform and support the people strategy to deliver TWE's Game Plan and support our ambition to become the world's most admired premium wine company.
- Implement strategies to build a high performing organisation with our world class talent and TWE DNA at the heart of all we do
- Implement integrated people and commercial solutions whilst enabling an employee experienced focused culture
- Delivery of core people programmes across the ANZ region and contributing to global people initiatives related to culture, EX, IE&D, L&D, labour cost management, remuneration and benefits, compliance, talent management and change management
We are searching for an experienced HR BP who is confident in influencing and building relationships with senior leaders. Proactive and agile, you'll feel at ease delivering in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Fully rounded HR experience across the employee lifecycle in a business partnering capacity, ideally in FMCG/retail/consumer sectors
- Strong preference for previous experience partnering Sales and Marketing functions
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organisational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws
- Able to translate business strategies into people plans as well as dealing with complex business and HR issues
- Proven ability to drive improved business performance through strategic HR interventions
