Job Summary:
As the People & Culture Partner at Truganina, you will play a vital role in driving our people plan and supporting the overall Hilton Foods Asia Pacific strategy. Your primary focus will be on leading and developing a people-focused team and working closely with the People & Culture Manager to provide end-to-end solutions that support our people.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver the business' people strategy and drive key people initiatives supporting Hilton Foods Australia & NZ's overall strategy by leading, engaging, and motivating a high-performing culture within the Truganina site.
- Provide coaching, advice, and support to leaders.
- Provide guidance and support to staff and team managers in resolving employee relations issues, performance management, absenteeism management, disciplinary matters, and other critical people-related activities, ensuring a fair and consistent approach for all.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including recognition and wellbeing programs, site events, benefit offers and employee experience projects.
- Administration and documentation of the full employee lifecycle. Maintain and manage personal records for the Truganina site. Analyse site employment-related data and reporting, providing insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the People & Culture Manager to implement broader people initiatives and share expertise across Hilton Foods Australia & NZ.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources.
- Demonstrated track record in driving culture, engagement, learning and development, and people strategy.
- Industrial Relations knowledge and experience advantageous.
- Holistic understanding of business operations.
- Proven ability to drive and take ownership of implementing and maintaining initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident influencer with solid stakeholder management.
- Customer focused and proficient in building and nurturing working relationships.
