About the role
We’re seeking a Senior People and Culture Reporting & Insights Analyst to support translating people data and metrics into valuable insights, impactful visualisations, high-quality analysis and preparation of presentations.
You’ll join an innovative team that supports Reporting and Insights on key P&C metrics to stakeholders across the organisation.
As our Senior People and Culture Reporting & Insights Analyst you’ll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities. It’s meaningful, challenging and exciting work.
Day-to-day, you will:
Develop, maintain, and continually enhance people metrics strategic dashboards
Enhance and take the data visualisation and Insights to the next level by questioning the data
Deliver high quality, meaningful cyclical P&C reports and analysis
Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement team to feed in identified data/process/system enhancements
Ensure data governance controls are implemented
This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:
Strong working knowledge and experience in Tableau
Strong working knowledge and experience in Excel
Working knowledge of Workday, Service Now, Success Factors – nice to have
Analytical and reporting skills with the ability to produce HR metrics, Reporting and presentations and the ability to provide insightful analytics/commentary
Experience in analysis of large amounts of data and visualisations, previous experience in automating reports and building dashboards - preferred
