The P&C and WH&S Business Partner will be responsible for nine Care Communities across the Western Australian Region. This role will be working closely with our Care Community leaders to deliver an amazing service to our residents and team members.
Who you are:
You are passionate about building relationships to making a difference to workplace and being part of a role that focuses on engagement, workforce planning, talent and performance, and leadership.
You are tertiary qualified and can demonstrate strong generalist human resource, WH&S and industrial relations experience over the last 5 to 10 years.
This role will inspire you every day to deliver on Opal HealthCare’s purpose ‘to bring joy to those we care for’ while challenging your abilities to operate and multitask within a large complex service focussed business.
All applicants must be willing to obtain a police clearance certificate via Opal HealthCare’s police check system and obtain a personal NDISWC through your state government provider.
