Our government client is seeking a highly experienced People Business Partner to join their Human Resources Team for a 6-month temporary contract. The office is located 15 minutes north of Perth CBD. They would require a suitable candidate who has full-time availability.
Your new role
The key responsibilities of this role would include:
- Providing human resources consultancy to client groups
- Coach and develop people leaders in areas of recruitment, performance, and talent management
- Reviewing position classification and reclassification processes
- Collaboratively working with stakeholders such as Talent Acquisition, Payroll and HR Admin.
- Developing HR procedures and reporting mechanisms
- Providing employee relations advice
- Working on strategic initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Completion of a tertiary qualification in HR or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience in an HR partnering role within a corporate environment
- Highly developed stakeholder liaison skills
- Understanding of relevant HR legislations
- Experience in workplace investigations
