Careerlink People Solutions have partnered with a top tier accounting and advisory firm to appoint a People & Culture Administrator to support the team in one of South Australia’s fast-growing and of vibrant organisations.
Working within a collaborative team, you will be providing administrative support for stakeholders across the firm. Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the People & Culture Team as needed through enquiry responses, reports and research, as needed
- Coordinate team social events, learning and development initiatives and related functions
- Liaise with Directors/Managers to ensure an exceptional employee experience by providing support with probation reviews, performance appraisals and trainings, as well as assist with recovery/return to work planning
- Uphold the firm’s policies and procedures through staff inductions, annual workplace inspections, and implementation of the employee handbook and policies
- Actively support the firm with business development by championing organisational values and providing excellent client service
- Work as the firm’s first point of contact with any employee-related matters and provide support in the continuous development of the People & Culture function
What skills will you have?
You will be a motivated, collaborative team player with a baseline skillset in the following:
- Highly developed written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships and manage all team and client interactions in a professional manner
- High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage your time to meet deadlines
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Previous experience providing human resource/administrative support in a professional services/ finance environments is highly regarded, but not necessary
