About the position
The People and Culture Administrator will support the People and Culture Team and provide administrative support to all areas of the People and Culture function. Including, but not limited to, managing job advertisements and enquires, payroll processing, triaging inbox enquiries and generating employment contracts.
As the successful applicant you will:
- A willingness to support the School’s values and Anglican ethos.
- Tertiary qualifications within Human Resources and / or Business.
- Administration support experience.
- Experience using database applications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to prioritise multifaceted tasks and respond to changing requirements of the role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a clear ability to work effectively with a range of people including students, staff, parents, and community.
