Job description

This role will be based at our Hindmarsh head office.  


Key responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring a positive employee experience  
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS, ensuring compliance is maintained pertaining to worker screenings, visa entitlements, registrations and other legislative requirements.  
  • Respond to and provide guidance to queries received
  • Prepare employment contracts, variation, letters and other HR documents and correspondence
  • Provide administrative support for HR related tasks
  • Contribute to the review, improvement and development of practices and procedures
  • Ensure HR support has a strong focus on customer service, continuous improvement and best practice

Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will have;

  • Previous administration experience (desirable)
  • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Suite (e.g. Excel, Word)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in establishing and building relationships
