This role will be based at our Hindmarsh head office.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring a positive employee experience
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS, ensuring compliance is maintained pertaining to worker screenings, visa entitlements, registrations and other legislative requirements.
- Respond to and provide guidance to queries received
- Prepare employment contracts, variation, letters and other HR documents and correspondence
- Provide administrative support for HR related tasks
- Contribute to the review, improvement and development of practices and procedures
- Ensure HR support has a strong focus on customer service, continuous improvement and best practice
Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will have;
- Previous administration experience (desirable)
- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Suite (e.g. Excel, Word)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in establishing and building relationships
