Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented People & Culture Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational support to the People & Culture team in the delivery of the full range of Human Resources related activities across all areas of the employee lifecycle.
The Role:
The position offered is a permanent part-time role at 0.5 FTE at our Bentley office. Workdays and times can be discussed to suit the right candidate and WA Blue Sky’s needs (at a minimum one Friday per fortnight).
Responsibilities:
- Providing ongoing administrative support to the People & Culture Team.
- Managing the HR inbox by responding to enquiries and escalating where appropriate.
- Ensure all compliance documentation and administrative tasks are recorded, actioned and completed.
- Maintain, update and administrate all existing staff files, databases and documentation.
- Maintaining administrative systems.
- Participating in the recruitment process where required.
- Assist with Onboarding and Offboarding activities,
- Coordinate and support training events in an effective and efficient manner, including booking of training, collecting training feedback and reporting on training evaluations.
- Continually seek opportunities for process improvement.
Experience, Skills & Attributes:
- 1+ year previous experience in a similar role.
- Qualifications in Human Resources or related field or working towards the completion of this.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Well-developed communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills, including a genuine empathy for others.
- Strong MS office skills and experience in using various HR related system platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated teamwork including respect, integrity, honesty, trust and support.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in the Disability sector.
- Previous experience in Employment Hero.

- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Valid Right to Work in Australia.
