The Opportunity:
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a full-time permanent People & Culture Administrator to join our People & Culture team in Perth. In this role, you will play a vital part in administering various P&C activities and programs, contributing to the effectiveness of the P&C team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with administration involved in the employee lifecycle, such as recruitment, on-boarding, probationary periods, employee documentation, payroll, and project support etc.
- Prepare employment contracts, general employee documentation, and communication.
- Assist in developing job descriptions and coordinate inductions for new personnel.
- Maintaining employee files and other P&C related documentation and information accurately to ensure compliance.
- Produce and submit reports on general P&C activities.
- Working collaboratively with the team on projects.
- Delivery of outstanding customer service to our internal clients.
Who are You?
- You have a can-do attitude, enjoy juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- You are able to perform in a dynamic environment that is fast paced.
- Great administrative skills with proven experience within a similar role.
- Able to communicate with a variety of people that is complimented with excellent interpersonal and written skills.
- Advanced computer literacy skills – MS Office and relevant internet-based applications, including having used an HRIS.
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously.
