The Opportunity:

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a full-time permanent People & Culture Administrator to join our People & Culture team in Perth. In this role, you will play a vital part in administering various P&C activities and programs, contributing to the effectiveness of the P&C team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with administration involved in the employee lifecycle, such as recruitment, on-boarding, probationary periods, employee documentation, payroll, and project support etc.
  • Prepare employment contracts, general employee documentation, and communication.
  • Assist in developing job descriptions and coordinate inductions for new personnel.
  • Maintaining employee files and other P&C related documentation and information accurately to ensure compliance.
  • Produce and submit reports on general P&C activities.
  • Working collaboratively with the team on projects.
  • Delivery of outstanding customer service to our internal clients.

Who are You?

  • You have a can-do attitude, enjoy juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • You are able to perform in a dynamic environment that is fast paced.
  • Great administrative skills with proven experience within a similar role.
  • Able to communicate with a variety of people that is complimented with excellent interpersonal and written skills.
  • Advanced computer literacy skills – MS Office and relevant internet-based applications, including having used an HRIS.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously.
