The Opportunity
An opportunity exists for an accomplished Sales & Business Development Professional to lead our team based from our Head Office in Thomastown. We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, driven individual, who is passionate about sales by adding value to our business through proactive procurement of new clients, through a client centric lens.
Use your skills to become an influential sales negotiator within the Facilities Management space as we are ambitious about our growth and expansion.
Your Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Identify, prospect new clients by cold & warm calling, emailing & attending industry events
- Take proactive approach to new client acquisition through phone, virtual and face to face meetings
- Maintain accurate client information in our CRM
- Be the primary contact for new contract sales
- Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to achieve the set KPIs and objectives
- Develop and foster strong interpersonal relationships both internally and externally
- Provide administration support, this may include proposal writing, quotes and reporting
- Contract preparation, client liaison and sales/ leads follow ups
- Proactively participate in Sales & Marketing meetings
About You
- Proven sales experience, meeting & exceeding targets
- Previous sales experience
- Success with driving the sales process from commencement to close
- Ability to articulate distinct aspects of our services
- Proven ability to position our services against our competitors
- CRM knowledge desirable, with training provided
- Opportunity to be mentored by our Managing Director & National Marketing & Communications Manager
- Strong time management and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work within a team on top of being proactive and working autonomously.
