This opportunity will see you support the Head of People & Culture and gain invaluable exposure to this exciting business as well as broad ownership across the employee lifecycle.As the P&C Advisor, your key responsibilities will include;
- Providing expert management support, award interpretation and advice;
- Management of Employee Relations matters through to a successful conclusion;
- Respond to enquiries relating to awards, remuneration and benefits, HR policy, process and more;
- Taking ownership of the values program and visa management for employees;
- Continuously focus on improving management capability;
- HR reporting and analysis;
- Working with the Head of Human Resources and assisting in delivering the HR agenda.
