As a trusted advisor, you'll offer ongoing guidance on people matters, collaborating closely with the People & Culture Business Partner to execute HR projects aligned with the Oceania People strategy.In this true generalist role, your key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating resourcing and recruitment efforts, including conducting interviews and providing leadership guidance.
- Managing employee induction and onboarding activities to deliver exceptional new starter experiences.
- Conducting insightful exit interviews to drive continuous improvement.
- Providing advisory support to managers on performance development and management.
- Assisting in organising engaging employee events throughout the year.
- Coordinating the end-to-end management of employee relations cases.
- Regularly capturing and analysing data to derive actionable insights.
- Identifying and driving initiatives to enhance leadership skills and behaviours across the business.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration or a related field, with a solid understanding of employment law, recruitment practices, and administrative processes.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to develop relationships and collaborate effectively at a senior management level.
- Highly organised, proactive, and analytical, with strong problem-solving skills.
- A team player mindset, advocating for both local and global People & Culture initiatives.
- Experience or willingness to drive projects and collaborate with global teams.
- Sound judgment in balancing commercial interests with risk management.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations, adapt to change, and embracing new ideas.
- Experience in delivering inductions and small group training, or a willingness to learn.
