About the role

It's an exciting time to join Senex with the recent announcement that we plan to invest more than A$1 billion in a major expansion of our Atlas and Roma North natural gas assets.

Our People and Culture team is growing with two new opportunities available for a People & Culture Business Partnerto join us in Brisbane. Reporting to our People and Culture Manager, you will work within a tight-knit team to deliver practical and pragmatic solutions across our business.

Your role will entail partnering with a designated client group within Senex. From workforce planning to performance management, remuneration reviews and employee relations, you'll be the go-to expert for all things HR-related.

As the People & Culture Business Partner, you'll not only provide strategic counsel to leaders but also roll up your sleeves to tackle operational challenges head-on, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to drive success.

Some site travel to the Surat Basin may be required for this role.

About You

Your background includes navigating demanding landscapes with finesse, showcasing your ability to juggle priorities, excel under pressure, and consistently deliver outstanding results—all while keeping a keen eye on customer satisfaction. You will also ideally possess a degree, providing you with the foundational knowledge to excel in this role.

You are someone who has mastered the ability to work with HR Systems and will be able to teach us a thing or two when it comes to what good looks like. If you have experience working with Employee Central in Success Factors, we would love to hear from you.
