The organisation
 
People2people are extremely excited to be parting with a pioneering and forward-thinking community driven organisation to source an experienced People & Culture Business Partner who is looking for a blended role of operational and strategic accountability. Their business is focused on providing dedicated care to the community that have complex needs – creating a sense or normality will retaining a certain level of independence.
 
The opportunity
 
Reporting to the COO, you will form part of a management team that is focused on building capability, driving engagement, improving processes and delivering result while having input into the people strategy. This role will see you have responsible for the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment / selection through to performance management, strategy development, system development and exit process.
 
Selection criteria
 

• Tertiary HR qualification coupled with proven experience in a blended role
• Advanced communication / interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
• Sound knowledge and understanding of awards and legislation
• Tech savvy – with proven experience in an HRIS system – UKG would be advantageous
• Experience in Age Care / Disability care or similar industries would be advantageous but not essential
• Ability to obtain a NDIS Screener Check
