About the roleIn this 12-month fixed-term opportunity, you will focus on managing people and change activity related to establishing our Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) in NSW. We are looking for a generalist P&C professional who will support our leadership teams in executing our people transformation program. This role will see you:• Collaborate with and support operations leadership teams to help define P&C strategies, deliverables and frameworks across people plans that impact team members within Operations. • Assist with monitoring, reporting, and delivering program plans and governance requirements to ensure compliance. • Work with communications, training, P&C and other specialists in the business to support project implementation. • Identify potential people risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop and action specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns. About you and your skillsRetail is dynamic and fast paced (in a good way!), so you will need to love customer centric organisations and have a huge ambition to transform what we do and how we do it. You will bring your proven P&C experience into this impactful, rewarding position as part of an exciting program and P&C function. This role will require a driving license and vehicle and the ability to travel across multiple sites due to the mobile nature of the role. You will have: • Proven experience as a P&C generalist with a focus on change• Tertiary qualification in a related discipline is preferred• Sound knowledge, skill and experience in general P&C practices including a working knowledge of the Australian human resources framework and employment law• Previous exposure to transformation projects or change initiatives in a fast-paced complex operating environment is advantageous• Proven interpersonal and organisational skills with an ability to achieve outcomes in a timely manner• Ability to manage multiple tasks and to work under pressure to deadlines• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority Please note that applications will close on the 1st February.
