About the ROLE
The People and Culture Coordinator reports to and works closely with the People and Culture Manager, supporting the creation of a high performance, values driven culture in which our people thrive and contribute to achieving Enzen’s vision. This role will support the full spectrum of generalist P&C activities, including talent acquisition, onboarding, engagement, administration and compliance. Key responsibilities for the role include but not limited to:
- Support the talent acquisition activities include drafting job descriptions, job advertising, proactive sourcing using recruitment platforms and professional networks, phone screening, booking interviews, reference checks
- Provide support on P&C generalist activities
- Coordinate the onboarding and induction process for all new starters
- Maintain employee databases/HRIS system and ensure accuracy and security of P&C data and carry out P&C reporting & analytics
- Support the training & development activities, needs analysis, training calendar, coordination and booking of training
- Support the development and review of People and Culture policies, procedures and practices through research of best practice, drafting and project coordination;
- Support on technology transformation and OD change projects and drive required trainings and documentation (User Guides/ manuals) as necessary
- Support Safety, Health, Environment and Quality management and initiatives, including supporting risk, audit and data governance activities
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice
- Assist with payroll activities as required
- Meet legislative responsibilities and comply with organisational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate end to end project management of events including monthly newsletter, employee engagement surveys, employee recognition programs, and other P&C projects as assigned

- Willingness to learn and grow
- Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or other related fields or equivalent HR/P&C experience
- 2+ years’ demonstrated experience in human resources Generalist and Recruitment fields preferably in a technical environment
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment law is essential
- Proficient in the MS Office tools - Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Have a high level of tech and systems literacy and use own initiative to learn new skills independently
- Strong rapport building and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Effective prioritisation and time management skills with the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Highly organised with a strong sense of urgency

- WHS knowledge and experience
