Position Overview:

As a People and Culture Coordinator, you will be a key player in our mission to support our team and foster a positive work culture. Your daily responsibilities will include a variety of administrative tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, and more. In addition to gaining experience and honing your skills, this position offers opportunities for growth and education. We are seeking someone who is passionate about their work and ready to drive positive changes within the sector. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Learning and development coordination 
  • Onboarding & offboarding administration 
  • HR administration 
  • Policy and compliance training administration 
  • Internal communications
  • Maximise workforce potential with streamlined and efficient management of the employment life-cycle
  • Planning and executing activities to engage employees, such as team-building and wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
  • Staying up-to-date with HR policies, regulations and best practices to maintain compliance and improve HR processes
  • General administrative support for the team

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar HR or People and Culture role. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organisation. 
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Capability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. 
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Keen interest in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
