About the Role:
Reporting to the HR Manager, our new Human Resources Executive will join a high-performing, close-knit team of HR professionals who work hard, have fun and enjoy a flexible working environment. 
  • Provide advice and coaching to employees and managers on all HR matters
  • End-to-end management of a broad range of IR and ER issues, ensuring we are focusing on the best solution from an individual, business, and legal perspective
  • Provide support in HR processes including Performance Management, Grievances, Salary Reviews, Casual Conversion and Safety
  • Oversee WHS and manage Return-to-Work, which includes incident reporting and insurance management
  • Assist and executive HR Projects and Initiatives
  • Ad Hoc HR Admin such as HOST invoicing & managing the billing portal
About You:
You are a confident, curious and, problem solver using a collaborative approach who is looking for the next step in your career. Under the support and guidance of our HR Manager you will effectively be able to provide high-level advice to a range of stakeholders and demonstrated end-to-end management of employment relations practices.
  • You must have at least 3-4 years' experience in HR Coordination
  • Demonstrated experience in Workplace Legislation and WHS 
  • Degree qualified in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management experience
