People & Culture Manager

Reporting to the CEO, you will thrive in this exciting and pivotal HR leadership role, using your breadth of experience to further shape an award winning ‘great place to work’. Bring your best self to a Human Resources Leadership position and not only ask “what can I do to help?” but deliver to key performance deliverables as below:

• Operationalising the people plan and further development and refinement of the OD plan.
• Responsive and responsible for providing advice and guidance across the full HR spectrum including talent acquisition, organisational design, workforce planning, organisational development, policy and compliance, payroll, employee relations (with input into MEA negotiations), psychosocial wellbeing, DEI, the GEAP and gender pay reporting.   
• Capacity to evaluate technology to transform and empower systems and people performance across the business while still maintaining engagement, commitment and belief of those employed to deliver to the mission and goals of the business.
• Showcase your skills and subject matter expertise whilst leading a team, communicating effectively, at all levels, presenting complex or new ideas with clarity and simplicity. 

Your values-based people-first approach will help inform your position as you evaluate, maintain and refine HR processes to improve effectiveness for future state, including implementation of systems and frameworks to streamline HR operations. Sound understanding of key deliverables required within a commercial environment, and the capacity to explore digital/technology based applications to support this will be well regarded.

Good humor, positivity and an affinity with regional areas, alongside an understanding of the importance of community will further enhance your fit for this fabulous role.

This role is based in the Southwest region of Victoria and the successful candidate may reside in the area or relocate but will need to make a commitment to working in Warrnambool.
