We are looking for a part-time (3 days per week) People & Culture Officerwhose primary focus is ensuring the delivery of timely and high-quality people-related activities.
Your role will mainly comprise of:
- Report on and maintain confidential employee documents/ training files and ensure compliance including expiry dates.
- Monitor, implement, and report on the training calendar.
- Recruitment Support: Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job ads, contract/document formulation, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Policy and Regulatory Support: Stay updated on P&C regulations, support policy development, and provide first-level interpretation of legislation.
- Administrative Assistance: Support P&C initiatives, manage the P&C Manager's calendar, and assist with events and reception duties.
Eligibility:
- Completion of tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline.
- 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in supporting or administering human resource activities across the employment lifecycle.
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
- Working with Children's Check.
Desirable:
- Experience in a not-for-profit organisation highly desirable.
- AHRI accreditation
