As a People & Culture Officer, you are essential to the dynamic, consultative, strong culture that we want to embed at Home Instead. With a focus on providing outstanding administrative support and supporting a strong communication strategy, the People & Culture Coordinator will support a range of HR activities, benefitting all of our employees throughout their employment lifecycle at Home Instead.

Key Responsibilities:
- HR Administration including updating employee profiles and preparing documentation as requested;
- Employee record updates, leading celebrations of integral employee events;
- Preparation of employee communication under the guidance of the People Experience Team;
- Updating and ensuring accuracy employee data across our RMS platforms;
- General HR activities and administration as required;
About You:
- Desirable: Studying towards an HR-related discipline.
- Extremely high level of accuracy and exceptional organisational skillset.
- Self-assured and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with all forms of technology and able to pick up new platforms quickly.
- Consultative and collaborative by nature. You are dynamic and enthusiastic.
- Comfortable with a varied workload across several responsibilities.
- Happy and ready to assist and support your peers as needed.
- Demonstrable commitment to grow your knowledge. An interest in Aged Care and supporting ageing Australians is desired.
