We are currently seeking an energetic and talented People and Culture (P&C) Officer to join our People and Culture team at Findex on a permanent full-time basis. This is a new role where you will be part of providing generalist support and advice across the full scope of the employee lifecycle within our dynamic and high performing Audit division.
As a future HR generalist in the making, this role will provide you with growth, personal development, coaching and training.
What will your typical week look like?
- Prepare and manage employment records and documentation related to the full employee lifecycle, i.e. hiring, terminations, all leave, transfers, secondments, visa management, and promotions.
- Respond to and resolve partner, manager and team member a wide variety of queries as part of administering company policies, procedures, processes and systems.
- Prepare and analyse employment-related data as required by the business including regular monthly and quarterly related reporting related to our people metrics using a range of PowerBI dashboards
- Involvement with ad-hoc projects

Let’s talk about you!
You are someone with…..
- Completed or working towards completing a degree in HR or similar
- Proven experience within a similar HR role
- Financial services or professional services experience is highly regarded, however flexible for the right person
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple computer programs, effectively manage time and prioritise tasks and responsibilities to meet deadlines
