This is a PART TIME role- days are fixed Tue, Thu and Friday, hours 8:45-5pm ( 1 hour break) office days (Melbourne CBD).
You will report to a senior People and culture Advisor and some of your responsibilities in the role will be :
• Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team.
• Support the People & Culture team with the coordination of various activities and projects.
• Coordinate firm-wide new starter inductions.
• Prepare new starters and variations of employment contracts.
• Management and completion of new starter, leaver, variation processes and checklists.
• Conduct Workstation assessments and coordinate external assessment requirements.
• Coordinate Monthly Recognition Awards and various employee benefit initiatives.
• Coordinate Staff and Firm events such as morning tea and various social events.
• Support monthly payroll/leave duties
• Support for the firm’s Learning & Development function.
• Coordination of the firm’s Work Experience Program.
• Maintains cyber security at all times
