The Role
Newly created role as an Operations Admin Support person. This is a challenging and exciting role for a person to join the newly formed Operations Team. Reporting to the Operations manager and Operations controller, the successful candidate will provide Administration support to the team.
The Operations team is responsible for implementing system and process through a group consisting of 3 businesses with an aim to continually improve all areas of Operational performance. These businesses have multiple sites across Australia and New Zealand which the team must work with.
Key responsibilities of the role will be:
- Generating and distributing KPI reports to key managers across the group
- Provide data and reporting for senior management team to analyse
- Assist in record keeping for our WH&S management system and performance across all areas of operations
- Contribute to new process and system implementation
- Help create and manage process documentation
- Work with the senior Operations team members on projects for continual improvement
- Run and process stock takes
- There may be some interstate travel from time to time
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and driven individual with some previous experience in warehousing, manufacturing or logistics.
