Form of work Public Sector People are partnering with a large local government organisation to recruit for a temporary People & Culture Project Officer. Position: People & Culture Project Officer Contract: 6 months contract Hourly Pay Rate: Up to $70 p/h depending on experience 3/2 WFH ratio is available Responsibilities: Council salary structure review for designated business directorates Develop and improve industrial relation policies, and providing appropriate advice to relevant stakeholders Improve work, health and safety policies and framework Essential: Strong experience in local council is essential and non-negotiable. 2 years experience in local council within People & Culture or relevant positions Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or strong relevant experience For a confidential discussion, please contact Vinea Pho on 0434 023 ***.
