About the Company:
Our client is seeking a Project Planning Officer, who will play a crucial role in supporting the engineering team with administration tasks & eventually assist on-site. Your responsibilities will encompass sub-contractor engagement, managing purchase orders, organising project documentation, and ensuring safety compliance.
The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, be proactive, and exhibit a high degree of confidence in their abilities. This role offers a pathway for long-term development and progression within our client's organisation.
Salary: $70,000 per annum
Location: Paramatta/St. Marys, NSW
Work Type: Temp to Perm, full-time

Requirements:
- Driver's licence and own vehicle, role will begin in Horsley Park office and then be based out of Parramatta/St. Mary's. Candidate must be happy to commute (reimbursed for fuel used during travel).
- Strong administrative skills and confidence in handling various systems, project experience is a plus.
- Proactive attitude
- Excellent multitasking abilities and a confidence with relationship building.
- Compile and organise project folders, ensuring all necessary data, documents, and information are available for engineers and project teams
- Ensure safety files and processes are in place and communicated to job sites, along with relevant contact information for emergencies or queries
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with subcontractors, team members, and stakeholders involved in the project
- Oversee and manage project related purchase orders and procurement tasks
