Project Coordinator Wanted

Location: CBD, with 2 days remote work
Temporary Contract - 3 months temporary contract with immediate start.

Are you a motivated Project Coordinator looking to make a difference? Join our forward-thinking team in the heart of the CBD. We're seeking an experienced individual to contribute to our key projects, focusing on stakeholder engagement, project planning, and solution implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate key projects and smaller initiatives to ensure successful outcomes.
• Support stakeholders and delivery partners, maintaining awareness of project deliverables and standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Education team to develop and execute projects.
• Create and maintain team documentation and reporting.
• Undertake ad hoc project work as needed.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in project coordination, preferably within NFP, healthcare, or education sectors.
• Excellent communicator with strong written skills.
• Skilled in building relationships and engaging stakeholders effectively.
• Ready to pitch in wherever needed, with a down-to-earth approach to work.
