We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Graduate People and Culture Recruitment Coordinator to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks and projects associated with the People & Culture and Talent Acquisition team focusing on assisting with administration and recruitment processes. This is a unique opportunity for a recent Graduate who likes a fast paced, dynamic and fun environment, focused on creating joy and memories that last lifetimes!Your day to day:
- Provide professional, friendly and prompt service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintenance of the HRIS system (PageUp) in a high-volume environment, whilst ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met
- Ensuring all appropriate pre-employment and onboarding documentation is actioned and filed accordingly
- Assisting with recruitment functions such as writing & posting job advertisements, coordinating interviews, reference checking, and following up with the onboarding process of new team members
- Assisting with creating reports and updates on recruitment metrics
- Collaborating with the TA team and wider P&C team on projects and initiatives to ensure we are leading the business to achieve our overall company objectives
- Bachelor degree in HR or a related field is essential
- Experience in recruitment or HR administration is desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Professional and friendly disposition with self organisation, problem solving & time management skills
- Demonstrated discretion and an ability to maintain confidentiality with a proven ability to work with stakeholders from all business areas
- Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in Page Up would be advantageous
