What you will be doing… This diverse role includes tasks such as:
- Align HR initiatives with organizational goals to support business strategy.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of HR strategies.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for recruitment and onboarding.
- Manage policies, processes, and practices for legal compliance.
- Research employment laws, draft/update HR policies, and conduct regular reviews.
- Manage performance, resolve grievances, and support disciplinary processes.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs as necessary.
- Provide advice on remuneration, salary benchmarking, and compensation strategies.

- Our client is looking for a degree qualified professional with 2+ years relevant work experience with demonstrated knowledge and hands on practice.
- You will be proficient in all HR areas, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and HR analytics.
- You will have the ability to actively listen, build rapport and effectively communicate across a wide range of professionals.
- You will also have professional presentation skills to undertake delivery activities across the organisation.
