Role Summary
The People & Capability Data Coordinator role is an opportunity in our P&C Systems & Analytics Team based at our Head Office in the Perth CBD. This role is being offered as a Permanent Part-Time (37.5 hours per fortnight) role.
The P&C Data Coordinator is accountable for People data maintenance specifically organisational changes and updates and data integrity and compliance; SAP HCM Systems enhancements and troubleshooting; and managing the HR Inbox.
Key Responsibilities Of The Role Include
- Accurately input, update, and maintain employee data in SAP HCM and troubleshoot any SAP HCM queries and issues including those with Employee Lifecycle Management (ELM) processes.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, ring fencing and other compliance requirements for Synergy’s People data; and implement data quality controls to minimise errors and discrepancies.
- Manage the HR inbox triaging and prioritising queries across P&C.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the P&C team as required.
- Business Administration or similar OR equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in data management or a similar role. Familiarity with different platforms and data reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
