Role Summary:
The People & Capability Systems and Data Coordinator role is a newly created opportunity in our P&C Systems & Analytics Team based at our Head Office site. This role is being offered as Part-Time or Full-Time.
The P&C Systems & Data Coordinator is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting HR systems (HRIS); and maintaining and managing HR data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting and design of HRIS to ensure ongoing functionality and usability.
- Accurately input, update, and maintain people data in our HRIS and regularly audit and clean up people data to ensure consistency and reliability of our people data.
- Offer technical advice and training to system users and administrators to enhance the organisation’s ability to use HR systems effectively and efficiently.
- Build and run reports according to standardised schedules and collaborate with analysts to respond to ad-hoc reporting requests.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and other compliance requirements for Synergy’s people data; and implement data quality controls to minimise errors and discrepancies.
What you’ll bring:
- Tertiary degree in HR, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field; OR equivalent business experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in HR Systems and HR data management roles. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and Data reporting tools.
